What we did
Be First was keen to move to a nimbler system of procuring architects which met the requirements for great design, diversity, efficiency, value for money and collegiate working. We provided a strategy and supported the procurement itself. We undertook the following work:
A workshop with Be First development staff
An analysis of Be First’s development pipeline
A procurement strategy, presented to the Exec Director
Working with the procurement specialist to get the SQ and ITT documents right
Advice on communicating the opportunity
