What we did

Lambeth Council and their delivery arm, Homes for Lambeth, are undertaking regeneration schemes at six of Lambeth’s estates. It was critical that the council’s high level aspirations as well as their detailed requirements were captured in a compelling brief for a particular estate. We undertook the following work:

  • Reviewing all existing documents relating to the estate including resident offer

  • Undertaking discussions with staff across the council

  • Reviewing the latest financial appraisal and planning policy

  • Writing a full 40 page brief and assembling a data room
